To assist services users in maintaining their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own home
To provide appropriate trained and skilled staff that fit our clients’ needs.

To match the right Care Worker as closely as possible with the respective client, and respecting the need to change the Care Worker in the event of subsequent non -compatibility.

To ensure that the care we provide meets the assessed needs of each Service User (person centred care), and the needs are reassessed as frequently as necessary.
To involve service users and carers in the provisions, management and development of services, which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users.
To co-operate with other services and professionals to help to maximise each Service Users independence and to ensure as fully as possible the Service Users maximum participation in the community.
To ensure that all service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments and complaints.
To continuously seek ways in which our services can be improved.
